1)First of all you need to crop your image of course.

2)Dublicate it and set to Soft Light

3)Now you need to make Selective Color Layer:
Reds: +100 0 -14 0
Whites: 0 0 0 -7
Neturals: +55 0 +15 0

4)Then, Hue/Saturation Layer:
Master: Hue -11 Saturation +11

5)Duplicate your base and bring to the top. Then make it white/black and set to Soft Light
(you can make it black/white by using new Hue/Saturation Layer. Just set saturation level to zero and merge it with your duplicated base)

6)New Solid Color Layer. Fill it with #050b33 and set to Exclusion

7)New Hue/Saturation Layer: Saturation +35

8)New Solid Color Layer fill with #bcbcbc and set to Multiply and Opacity 18%
(This step depends of type of the base. You can play with opacity and color's number. But for this base I used that propeteries)

9)Now we need to remove some green and yellow color from our icon.
New Photo Filter Layer. Set to the "filter" and choose "Blue". Opacity 31%(As usual you can play with this options)

10)Finaly, Brightness/Contrast Layer: -10 for brightness and +10 for contrast
